These terms apply to the website and services of Nikki's Plumbing Company (“we,” “us”). By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services & estimates

We offer free estimates. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions differ from what was described. Work begins only after you approve a clear price in writing or by phone.

2. Hours & availability

We operate Mon to Fri 8 AM to 6 PM. We do not offer 24/7 or emergency service. Messages received outside business hours are returned the next business day.

3. Service area

We serve Bedford, TX 76021 and surrounding communities within about a 15-mile radius. We may decline jobs outside this area.

4. SMS communications

If you consent to text messages on our contact form, you agree to receive messages about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

5. Limitation

This site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
